Since the onset of the global Covid-19 pandemic, the wedding and event industry has been hit particularly hard. Couples across the country have had to postpone or even cancel their upcoming nuptials, and Aster + Birch Weddings would like to do whatever we can to help. With many major world events being postponed — the Tony Awards, Olympics, and even the Whitehouse Correspondence Dinner — it's very easy to think: ‘If they’re postponing, why am I not postponing?" We understand your nervousness and are here to help you make all those tough decisions on having a wedding during these unprecedented times.

Aster + Birch Weddings is also including COVID-19 Risk Management to all packages, which includes services such as mask & hand-sanitation stations, social distancing and virus mitigation consultations, etc...

We will also be communicating and enforcing our COVID-19 Guidelines among your Creative Team as outlined below, as well as continuing to monitor state, local, and CDC Guidelines.

COVID 19 Guidelines:

  • Mandatory masks indoors and disposable gloves (food and beverage service)

  • Deep cleaning and sanitation of all rentals

  • Contactless meetings and consultations where practical

  • Increased sanitation procedures across all aspects of the event

  • Adhering to any applicable government mandates
